Mon:
  • PowerPoint lecture 13.2
  • Quiz over 13.1 and 13.2
Tue:
  • PowerPoint lecture 14.1
  • Quiz over 14.1
Wed:
  • PowerPoint lecture 14.1 continued
  • Quiz over 14.1
Thur: SNOW DAY
  • PowerPoint lecture 14.1
  • Quiz over 14.1
Fri:
  • Worksheets to complete in class over 14.1 and 14.2...scanned and placed in 3rd term folder. 
Mar 9-13

Mon:
  • Make SURE your notes for 13.1, 13.2 and 14.1-14.3 are complete.  From there, get a  workbook and answer the questions on a separate sheet of paper for those sections. Keep the workbooks in my room and put them up neatly at the end of class. 
Tue and Wed:
  • PowerPoint lecture on sections 14.1 and 14.2
Thur:
  • 9 Autosomal Disorders Quiz...know which disorders are caused by recessive, dominant, and co-dominant alleles
  • Last day to review before the test
  • Note that section 14.3 will not be on the test
Fri:
  • Chapter Test over 11.1-3, 13.1-2, 14.1-2


Mar 16-20
Mon:
  • EOC Practice Test 1 Biology I Practice Test (white and purple booklet #10023)
    • ( #1-65), answers only, on notebook paper...the answers are in the back of the test booklet, but don't cheat yourself by looking at them
Tue and Wed:
 I will scan the lab and add it to the 3rd term folder, but there is a hard copy in class as well.
  • Lab (complete the write up in your composition notebook)
  • Make sure you include these things in your write up:
    • problem
    • pre-lab discussion
    • materials
    • procedure
    • analysis and conclude questions
    • sources of error
Thur and Fri:
  • EOC Practice Test 2  TN Standardized Test Preparation Workbook
    • (#1-62), answers only, on notebook paper
** If you finish early or want to work ahead, start your 14.3, 15.3, 16.3, 17.1 and 17.4 RNV
